It's Sony's customary practice to release the next versions of the Playstation with six years gap.The very first version of the Playstation was released in the year 1994.Playstation 2 was released in the year 2000.Playstation 3 was released in the year 2006.If we consider this,then Playstation 4 will be released in the year 2012.But the present version of playstation, Playstation 3 was sold in loss till the april month of last year.But Sony says that PS 3 was built to last for ten years.So we could expect the release of Playstation 4 within the year 2016.
